ELECOLITÄ 601 – TECHNICAL DATA SHEET

Elecolit 601 is an oxide filled, head cured, one component epoxy adhesive. It offers good thermal

conductivity and good bond strength, both at room temperature and at elevated temperatures. Elecolit 601 is

ideal for bonding heat sinks.

The storage at low temperatures can lead to crystallisation of the resin. This is reversible by heating at 40˚C

in 30 minutes.

Shelf life 6 months at 25˚C
