DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Nature : Monocomponent polyurethane

Use : Protection varnish for printed circuits

Substrate preparation :

Wash carefully the printed circuit or components with solvent D 4042 AKZO

Varnish preparation :

Viscosity must be ajusted, dependant on the application equipments

- paint brush - delivery viscosity

- spray gun application - viscosity 17 ± 2 seconds Afnor cup 4 at 20° C.

- thinner D 4064 : 30 %

Dip application - viscosity : 30 ± 2 seconds Afnor cup 4 at 20° C.

- thinner D 4064 : 20 %

Drying :

- thickness : 30 micrometers

- dust free : 1 hour

- handlable : 3 hours

- hard : 4 hours

- a forced drying can be done : 1 hour at 70° C or 30 minutes at 90° C after a drying

of 20 minutes at ambient temperature.

Multilayer ambient air drying :

1) first layer : drying at ambient temperature :

- minimum : 1 hour

- maximum : 4 hours

2) second layer : drying at ambient temperature - minimum 4 hours.

Before testing, it is necessary to wait 7 days at ambient temperature
